Showroom Guidelines

Standard Purchase & Delivery Policies

1. Delivery & Placement Policy

All hot tub and sauna deliveries are scheduled in coordination with our showrooms. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the path to the installation site is cleared of snow, obstacles, and has the necessary widths. If crane service or additional rigging is required, additional fees may apply.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the custom-ordered nature of hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once construction has begun. In-stock showroom models may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee and return transport costs. Chemicals, covers, and accessories in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days for store credit.

3. Privacy Statement

We value your privacy. Any personal information provided via pricing forms, service portal requests, or showroom registration is kept confidential. We will never sell or share your phone number, email address, or home address with un-affiliated third parties.
