Locating your Serial Number
Hot Spring® & Caldera®
Found on a metal plate inside the equipment compartment. It starts with a series of letters followed by numbers, representing the year and week of manufacture.
Endless Pools®
Located on the inside cabinet wall near the mechanical bay or stamped onto the control box unit inside the front filter housing area.
Finnleo® & Tylö®
Typically located on the small heater certification plate on the side of the sauna heater, or near the digital touchscreen power control panel box.
