Find Your Nearest Service Area
Due to Alaska's massive size and unique climates, every spa or sauna we ship is customized for local weather conditions. Selecting your city will provide detailed delivery logistics, region-specific base insulation settings (such as wind-breaks and high-density covers), and recommended local contractors.

Alaskan Delivery & Shipping Details
How do you deliver to remote areas?
For locations on the road system, our professional crew delivers spas on their side using custom sleds and off-road carts to place the unit directly on your prepared site. For off-road and Southeast Alaskan locations, we coordinate container barge shipping via Alaska Marine Highway or private logistics carriers.
What kind of site preparation is required?
Typically, you will need a level surface (such as a poured concrete pad or a heavily compacted gravel bed) and proper electrical service (usually 220V/50A for hot tubs). On each local page, we detail localized foundation recommendations and link to vetted electricians in your region.
Why does the insulation spec vary?
An installation in Fairbanks (-40°F winters) requires double-insulated base panels, FiberCor® dual-insulation, and emergency freeze-alert sensors. A coastal setup in Homer or Ketchikan requires marine-grade hardware to resist salt air, rust-proof cover brackets, and rainwater deflection channels.
Can I test a spa before buying?
Absolutely! We encourage you to schedule a private "Wet Test" at our Anchorage or Eagle River showrooms. This lets you experience the jets, seating configurations, and water care systems first-hand.
