Question 1

Where can I find my Hot Spring hot tub owner manual?

Accepted Answer

The Waterworks Alaska provides digital access to all current Hot Spring owner manuals on this page. You can also download manuals directly from the Watkins Wellness owner portal at highlife.com/support. If you purchased from us, call 907-563-3848 and we can email you a copy for your specific model.

Question 2

My hot tub is showing an error code — where do I find the troubleshooting guide?

Accepted Answer

Use our Error Code Lookup tool at alaskaspa.com/tools/error-codes. It covers all common Hot Spring, Caldera, and Endless Pools error codes. For Finnleo heater errors, refer to your heater model's manual linked on this page. For urgent service issues, call 907-563-3848.

Question 3

Can I find installation manuals for my spa electrical hookup?

Accepted Answer

Yes — electrical installation specifications are included in every owner manual under the Installation section. Hot Spring and Caldera 240V spas require a 50-amp GFCI-protected circuit. FreeFlow® 120V spas use a standard 20-amp GFCI outlet. We recommend having your licensed Alaska electrician review the specs before starting work.
