Is there a cost for the wet test? +
None at all. Wet tests are completely free for any customer seriously considering a purchase.
Do I need to bring anything? +
Just your swimwear! We provide clean towels, robes, and all necessary sanitizing products.
How long is a session? +
Sessions are approximately 45–60 minutes. If you'd like to test more than one model, let us know and we'll arrange a longer appointment.
Can I bring family members? +
Yes! Let us know the number of guests during booking so we can properly prepare the suite. Children under 5 may not soak, but are welcome to observe.
What if I need to cancel? +
No problem — just call your showroom at least 24 hours ahead. We'll be happy to reschedule for another time.
