Every WeatherPro™ cover is manufactured by Watkins Wellness to meet the rigorous energy standards established by the California Energy Commission (CEC) for portable spas.
- Dense Foam Core: High-density tapered foam core sheds snow and water effortlessly while providing robust thermal resistance.
- Full-Length Hinge Gasket: A thick, insulated gasket runs the entire length of the hinge to seal the gap between cover halves and stop heat escape.
- Double-Stitched Polyester: Advanced polyester fabric provides superior resistance to abrasion, fading, and moisture compared to basic marine vinyl.
- ASTM Safety Certified: UL-classified in accordance with ASTM safety standards, featuring reinforced child-resistant tie-down locking straps.

4 Signs It's Time to Replace Your Cover
Heavy or Waterlogged
If the cover has absorbed water into the foam core, the thermal vapor barrier has failed. Waterlogged covers lose almost all insulation value and place severe strain on cover lifters.
Gap or Failed Hinge Seal
When the insulated hinge gasket tears or flattens, heat escapes continuously right down the center of the spa, causing heater run times and utility bills to spike.
Sagging or Puddling Center
